PUAD Mobile, Inc., hosts a series of meaningful events throughout the year that honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s example and strengthen connections across our community. Each gathering is designed to educate, uplift, and encourage residents of all ages to take part in experiences that highlight service, history, culture, and local leadership.
Our events welcome families, students, educators, volunteers, and partners who share a passion for unity and community involvement. Whether through celebration, learning, or hands-on service, PUAD Mobile creates spaces where people can come together and participate in moments that truly matter.
9th Annual Back-to-School Community Celebration
Join People United to Advance the Dream Mobile, Inc. for our 9th Annual Back-to-School Community Celebration on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 2523 Saint Stephens Road, Mobile, AL 36617.
This free community event will bring families together for school uniform assistance, health screenings, record expungement services, food, community resources, a talent show, a water slide, and more. As we celebrate our ninth year, our goal is to provide 90 local families with school uniforms to help students begin the school year with confidence.
Come celebrate with us as we invest in our children, strengthen our community, and prepare students for a successful school year. We look forward to seeing you there!
